Lovely clean house 1 back from beach. Very comfy couches and beds and quiet neighbourhood

A beautiful property with plenty of space and direct beach access via a pathway. In a quiet part of Omaha with a stunning beach. The house has 5 bedrooms, downstairs 1 queen room, 1 with 2 singles, 1 with 3 singles. Upstairs 1 queen, 1 with 2 singles - max occupancy is 6 guests.

The interior needed more care - night lamps missing or kept broken in the cupboard, pictures removed and kept in the cupboard, fans weren’t working or broken. It made the impression of a storage of unwanted things: old dvds and dvd player, at least 60 plates and other things you don’t need in an Airbnb. The BBQ and microwave were dirty. The waste disposal had fish rests in it and stank for several hours.

Great location and stunning beach with easy access.

We were there for 3 nights and only allocated 1 bath towel per person, we were all girls and with hair washes etc you need minimum of 2 per person, No face washes (flannels) as advertised on site No shower gel or soap products provided in bathrooms! That should be a given when you are paying $750 per night. X2 white tail spiders in lounge area, need killing and disposed off Brown ants every morning and evening on stove top , no spray provided to spray ants. The 2 arm chairs in the tv area where stained, dirty and looks terrible The windows were also very dirty, I realise there is sea water spray but goodness need a good clean, I just feel for $2.4 K that we paid the property wasn't up to a high standard
