The Villa has indeed a garden, it was ok for us for having breakfast or stay in the evening.

The photos are not so accurate - in one picture there is the next door villa, so we were looking for another property when arriving there 😒 One bedroom has a buit-in shower, which is not so practical because of the humidity and the smell. The distance is not so small as presented for the beach, we used the car. But there is a great place to eat, Anestis taverna. Recommend it!

Extremely friendly hosts, we felt very welcome. The lower part of the villa with the adjoining garden was excellent and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. We would like to say a big thank you and would be happy to come back anytime.

We liked the hosts, the apartment, the cleanliness.

A bit remote when it comes to beaches and restaurants but we had a car so was really not an issue. Everything was within a 3-4 minutes drive.
