"Great base for exploring the surrounding area, as well as having direct access to Lough Erne"

Great having direct access to the lough via individual jetty. Great views within a peaceful and tranquil area. Additional safety and security being within a small gated community.

No external shelter at property to dry wetsuits etc. A carport type shelter at the side of the property would be ideal.
