We loved the barn. It was perfect for our stay. Really spacious, clean, and well stocked.Lovely linen and duvets too!!

Just a small feedback. There is no blind on the velux in the twin room. Unfortunatly this made it difficult to get children to sleep when it’s still light and meant we were up at sunrise. Apart from this, We couldn’t fault it.

"Lovely barn, beautiful setting great for families and couples"

Great location, 10 mins from Thorpe Perrow, and close to a great family friendly farm, beautiful village, close to Bedale village and their amenities. The property itself had 2 living rooms, with a beautiful outlook on the top floor, perfect for relaxing.

Space within property for a family of 5 Plenty toilets/bathrooms Very well equipped Very clean

The master double bed was very squeaky Any minor movement (restless sleeper)caused significant noise lending to a poor sleep
