Supurb host, excellent information pack on days trips and great location only 10/15 mins from the center of Siena.

The property was a comfortable two bedroom farmhouse set in pretty countryside. The bedrooms were well sized and the kitchen well appointed. The living areas were comfortable and there was provision for outside living. There was good parking.

The main drawback of the property was the lack of adequate cooling for extreme temperatures. Fans were provided and were a help, but their capacity was overwhelmed by the heat.

Wow! This is a real gem of a find... A little out of the way from the city of Siena but well worth it for the views, the serenity and downright splendour of Vignano40. Beautiful apparent with lovely furniture and fittings. The kitchen was adequate with cooking hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Plenty crockery and utensils etc. A closed and gated courtyard offers great security and the views over the olive groves are quite something. You will need transport to get you to and fro into the beautiful city of Siena, but we didn't find this an issue. A little tip if you are staying near Siena. Book a (on-line) ticket for the Opera. Even if you don't like opera singing, this is a must. I guarantee you will be blown away by the fantastic performance.

Can't beat Vignano40 - I don't usually give out a 10... but this was as no brainer!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and very complete house close to Siena. Very friendly host.

Some noise from the road behind the house. We closed the windows of the bedroom during the night.

The flat was outstanding - super clean, furnished very elegantly and it had all you need and more (and more). The host was super welcoming!!

Lovely house with lots of space and beautifully decorated. Very quiet and Marcella snd her husband were very helpful, friendly and accommodating . Close to Siena while still being in the country side.

Wonderful place! You have the whole apartment with two floors. Within 10 minutes you will be in Siena by car. Shopping center is near by.

Everything! Only the Wi-Fi is not working so well.

We have had a great stay by Vignano40: It is actually better then on pictures: a comfy house for yourself (separated from the main house and you rarely see someone unless you need it- super privacy and + a great safe area for my pets) with a great furnished kitchen, great wifi, a nice tv room, cosy bedrooms and private parking. Not to mention the kind attention of the hosts that received us with a nice welcoming water/coffee/tee amenities and lots of information about the area in different languages! Will return!!!!
