Very convenient location with lots of meal options. Away from crowds, quiet residential area. Easy bus ride will take you anywhere you like to go, or there’s a coin parking right by the guesthouse.

We loved it here. We were a family of eight and the property was clean. Had everything we needed and is a more traditional style of house. It is in a quiet part of kyoto but about 8mins walk from one of the main train lines so easy to get to.

There was only one bathroom for 8 people which made for some long queues in the morning and evening

A lovely little home so close to the centre of Kyoto. The bus stop was 2 minutes walk and the subway only 5 minutes. It had everything you could need.

The stairs are pretty steep , not for older people but ok for younger people

I liked it was traditional but had all necessary facility’s and roomier than it seems and was close to the bus stop and post office. Use tips and clear rules

Some doors are short but that is a traditional house so not a problem.
