Location and kitchen facilities. When you are there for a month, you want it to feel like home when you are there. This property did not disappoint.

No parking, but we knew that when we booked. Filip was very helpful in showing us nearby public parking which served our purpose well.

great location once we realized we could not drive the last block there. should be told to park in the nearby free lot outside of the walled city and walk the last block.

a little odd that we had to walk outside to get to one of the bathrooms. no dryer so we couldn’t use the washing machine. shower needs a better soap holder as it kept falling off if soap was in it and should have a basket or shelf for shampoo.
