Please note that bed linen, sheets and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: 15 EUR per person, per stay - Towels: 15 EUR per person, per stay Please note that for long-term reservations (28 days or more) there are special prices, so additional charges apply, such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, and electricity, based on consumption. Please note that charges apply for reservations of less than 28 days: 150 kWh are included, and any excess is charged at €0.40/kWh.5Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
