Nice , contemporarily redecorated apartment in a small house with a history (check out the plaque on the corner of the street). The place is quite small but very cleverly designed to make use of the space to fit in a large family. It was perfect for one night stay and discovering of Aveiro. You may find a parking spot in front of the house in the small square, but if not, there are more parking areas on neighbouring streets across the small canals. AFAIK parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays, other times you are in a paid parking zone. The apartment has a washing mavhibe and drying rscknonthe small balcony

Truly quiet area; the loft next to a lovely little park, but also close to the Old Town, outstanding food courts, restaurants and a tempting wine tasting bar as well as a food shop and buses to the beach. The university within a 15-minutes walking distance.

Averio has been severely flooded, so there might be still the trace of stale air. It just needs ventilating.

A nossa estadia correu bem. A casa é simples, mas bastante acolhedora e confortável, com tudo o que é necessário. Destacamos também a boa localização, perto do centro, o que facilitou muito as nossas deslocações. Recomendamos!

Como ponto menos positivo, há algum ruído vindo da casa ao lado.
