La vicinanza al centro di Alveiro. Il comodo parcheggio adiacente l’edificio. La comodità nell’accesso. La presenza di una piccola cucina e dell’aria condizionata.

La piccola cucina presente è ideale solo per la colazione (non c’è piano cottura). Non particolarmente adatta a chi super 1.85 (alcuni punti - pochi - della casa richiedono di abbassarsi).

La ubicación

1. Las indicaciones para abrir la puerta eran erróneas. Aunque al final conseguimos entrar nos costó mucho y llegamos a preocuparnos. 2. No había manera directa de contactar con nadie. Cuando conseguimos entrar y llamar al teléfono de la anfitriona no nos cogió el teléfono 3. Tuvimos problemas varias veces para abrir la puerta con el código. No abría a la primera y eso nos estuvo en vilo durante toda nuestra estancia. 4. La cutrada de que la anfitriona nos dejó un botecito de gel (de los pequeños que dejan en los hoteles) y una pastilla de jabón (también de las pequeñas) para dos personas. 5. Las toallas deberían haberse renovado hace años. Viejas y roídas.

La ubicación y, pese a ser pequeño, estaba muy bien equipado. Tuvimos un fallo con la cerradura de la puerta y la host vino enseguida a solucionarlo.
