NB12 Entire Caravan - Newquay

Very clean cozy and comfortable stay

Nothing comes to my mind which i didn’t like about the caravan.

The information given was not correct at the time the photo on the website shows the rear of the caravan the front has rotated steps. The toaster was rusty could not be used. On arrival we had no hot water due to the boiler had no pressure for 12 hours Over all very poor maintenance with bulbs out in the lounge and bedrooms

Lovely location, with view of some sheep. Very clean. Was bigger than I thought it would be, great for up to 6 people. Sophia was very helpful as well.

Perfectly located, the caravan was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. The host was easily contactable and friendly. For the price paid we found this to be the perfect staycation and plan to return later this year.

The location was ok for what we needed and dog friendly.

Upon arrival we instantly noticed that the caravan smelt like wet dog. We appreciate that this is a dog friendly stay which is why we stayed here, but it felt like no effort was made to make the place feel fresh. The main bedroom had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes to the point that we moved the main mattress from the bedroom into the living room and slept on the pull out bed. When we pulled the bed out of the sofa it was covered it bits and stains and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The duvet from the main bedroom had scuffs and yellow stains. For this reason our sleeping situation really wasn’t comfortable, and hindered our sleep and also took up all of the space in the living room. The sofa itself was covered in stains and the smaller seats for around the table had food smushed into the material. The spare bedroom smelt of weed. When we wanted to use the shower we noticed that one of the towels had brown stains on it which looked like human excrement. There wasn’t any kind of mop or brooms so we couldn’t clean the floor after being out and about.
