Casa Zagara

Idéal pour rayonner entre Syracuse et Noto et proche de la plage d'Avola, l'appartement était au dessus de l'habitation de la Propriétaire qui était très discrète et très disponible. Le logement était très agréable, silencieux, et la grande piscine était un plus! Je recommande donc!

Bel mono locale a due passi dalla piscina. La stanza è organizzata bene con tutti i comfort. Bella la veranda che si affaccia sulla piscina.

Buena ubicación para recorrer la zona en coche. Hay una playa muy bonita en el pueblo. La piscina ideal para darse un baño después de un día de calor.

Precio elevado. Menaje escaso en la cocina y no hay microondas. Una cafetera eléctrica tb estaría bien ya que no hay bares cerca. Lo peor es que no se puede echar el papel higiénico en el inodoro y tienes que echarlo en un cubo. Es antihigienico y muy molesto. Después de pagar todo, incluso la limpieza a parte, cobran una tasa turística (en nuestro caso 30 €) que no puedes pagar con tarjeta y te dan un recibo hecho a mano. Un inconveniente puesto que no siempre se lleva efectivo hoy en día.

Zaten in het huisje in de tuin. Leuk je eigen plekje. Mooi dichtbij het zwembad. Wasjes kunnen doen. Mooi terrasje voor. Goede tips voor de omgeving krijg je doorgestuurd van de eigenaresse.

Wel een beetje klein, lijkt op foto's groter. De hond maakte veel lawaai.

Very clean. Located abit far out of Avola, but that's a plus if you have a car, area is beautiful.

Place lacked toiletries.

The staff friendliness and kindness, the pool, the location very close to many nice beaches, the apartment comfort.

Not a nearby supermarket, you always need a car.

Everything was great. We were in the pool house which was secluded, private, with its own little garden immediately adjacent to the pool area. Well appointed throughout with Kitchen, bathroom, and AC. A great place to stay and would definitely visit again. Good parking provision too.

Nothing to complain about. If I had to say something, then it would have been good for there to be a microwave in the kitchen only because we regularly needed to heat milk for our child, but otherwise everything we needed was there.

Incredible! Angela is an amazing host and was very attentive to the gasts! She helped me in a very difficult medical situation. The pool is fantastic! we enjoyed our holiday in Casa Zagara very much. You can rent a car also through Angela.

Next time we would rent a car even it is very difficult with the traffic in Italy.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice pool in the garden. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Parking in the garden.Several beaches in the area. You need a car to get around. Shops in Avola.

An additional 40 eur was charged for children's accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the reservation. For this price, we could have chosen a larger accommodation. We were received by a grumpy and rude older woman,it ruined the place!
