It was a lovely property modern clean with amazing beds pillows had best night sleep ever.

The view onto a wall but it didn’t spoil our holiday but the water needs looking into shower also taps the flow is really slow.

Close to ALL amenities and water front

As previous users shower just ok.

The location was why we picked The Bailey as it was close to an event we were attending.

Oven doesn't work. We have a toddler and after spending a considerable amount at the shop for a 2 night stay for 4 adults and a toddler, we came back to find the oven didn't work and had to spend even more money on takeaways. An expense we didn't expect. The lack of communication and customer service from both the owner, Gill, and the gentleman who you speak to when you call the property is shocking. Called Saturday when we discovered the problem and still hadn't had a call back by the time we left on Monday. Very disappointing and no compensation can be offered apparently.

Good location with parking in the street. The Bailey is a lovely property and is well kept. It was very clean and had a few little extras that were just a wonderful touch. We were really pleased with the stay and the owners were so attentive with any questions. Absolutely will stay the next time we are in Troon.

This was the only slight negative, but by no means detracted from the stay, but not being able to drop off/pack up bags at the door, as the driveway leading up to the property does not belong to the property, but it was a quick walk down to the road, so a couple of trips we were done. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!

It was very comfortable and very clean Water good and hot.

The shower is difficult to stand under fully.

Great location for Troon. The beds were comfy and ample space for just the 2 of us

Since they allow pets, be warned as obviously not cleaned to high standards as my allergies were awful. Eyes swollen, nose running, wheezy. Also the place was perfect - minus the above- but can’t imagine 4 adults fitting in that space. The kitchen was stocked, but then it lacked obvious things like a bin bag or washing up liquid.
