V.K.Seaside Villa

A dream house located right on the beach in a small and charming greac vilage, close to the city of Volos, more confortable than a 5 stars hotel (and way cheaper). As much as I tried to capture in my pictures the beauty of the house it is almost imposible. The house is way better than you can imagine seeing pictures. The tavern with delicios greacs dishes is near the house and you don t have to worry about food. For us it’s a new standard for hollydays at the sea.

There is no market in the village but if you are with car you ca go eather side for till next town where you can find anything.

Everything was exceptional!!! The property, the beach, the water, the restaurant next to property....absolutely amazing! The serenity and the peace of the place is what we need for a successful vacation! The owner, Lefterisk, it is very nice and offered help whenever needed.

Very nice place for a relaxing holiday. The beach is next to the house and is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. The sound of the waves can be heard around the clock. When entering the sea there are stones,but after that it is sand. The use of aqua shoes is recommended. The house is super clean and will equipped. Has two bathrooms and toilets,one is on the first floor,the other on the second. Stylish and beautiful decoration. Superb tavern at your fingertips. The host Lefteris is friendly and discreet. I highly recommend!

A superb house with a beautiful yard, direct access to the beach, and located near a tavern where the food is excellent and the owners are friendly. The house owner was very attentive and promptly responded to all our requests.

Wonderfull villa, well equiped with all you need and extra. We loved all the facilities of the villa, including the location. We went to some other beaches, but we loved very much the water of the beach who is one step from the villa. Practically from the villa you step on the sand of the lovely beach. On the beach, the sun beds are free. Next to the villa is a very nice taverna. Many thanks to Lefteris, the owner of the villa, who made our vacation an extraordinary experience. We trully recommand this villa.

The pictures cannot show exactly the beauty of the location, the experience was beyond expectations. If you want a quiet place near the sea, this is the ideal location. You have all the amenities you can think of and right next to the house you have a tavern where you can try traditional dishes.
