Pagar por la calefacción que no calentaba nada

Buena ubicación, el terreno es bastante grande y la casa en sí también.

El nivel de limpieza ha sido claramente insuficiente. La cocina estaba muy sucia: el calefactor lleno de grasa, el horno en un estado intocable, así como la tostadora y el extractor. La cortina de la bañera estaba en muy mal estado y, en general, había muchísima suciedad en toda la vivienda. Además, durante todo el fin de semana no hemos tenido ni señal de televisión ni wifi. También nos hemos sentido engañados con la calefacción, ya que se apagaba cada hora u hora y media, cuando se nos indicó que funcionaba de 9:00 a 18:00 para poder abrir y ventilar la casa. Para colmo, uno de los colchones (no nos hemos atrevido a revisar los demás) presentaba una mancha amarilla de gran tamaño y un aspecto claramente insalubre. Esto es inaceptable desde el punto de vista de higiene y sanidad, Debido a esto, dos personas hemos tenido que dormir en el sofá, que por cierto más incómodo imposible… Una pena porque disponen de un terreno excepcional y una casa bastante grande y bonita.

Es una casa espectacular para desconectar, tienen todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Amplia cocina, salón con chimenea, Smart TV, WiFi. Las estancias son muy acogedoras, además del amplísimo jardín y zonas exteriores. En verano también se puede disfrutar de la piscina, y la ubicación es buena, ya que está a las afueras y se llega muy fácil. Y sobre todo, destacar la atención de los anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a mejorar cualquier detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Estoy deseando volver!

This house is gorgeous. It’s huge with a massive, beautiful, immaculately maintained garden. There are multiple seating areas so you can always relax with sun, shade and views. The pool is fabulous. It’s deep and not enclosed, something to be aware of with young children. The house itself is lovely. It was too warm for us to need the fireplace but that looked great. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed was comfortable. The location is on the outskirts of Ronda which means it’s peaceful. If you choose to walk into the town Google maps shows only one walking option via a very busy multi-laned roundabout. There is an alternative but you still need to cross one very fast road. Go to the top of the minor road the house is on, cross the main road near the garden centre, go behind the oil factory, turn left and find the subway under the railway. We didn’t meet the owners but they were responsive and helpful via messages.

Das schönste ist der große Garten mit einem alten Baumbestand, u.a. Oliven, Granatäpfel, Quitte uvm. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und ist sehr sauber. Das Haupthaus mit seinen vielen Zimmern ist entsprechend groß, zugänglich sind alle Gemeinschaftsräume und, bei uns als Paar, ein Schlafzimmer. Die nicht genutzten Schlafzimmer bleiben verschlossen. Die Informationen vor der Anreise wurden rechtzeitig geschickt und waren klar verständlich. Auch auf spätere Nachfragen hat Margarita umgehend geantwortet. Die Ausstattung der Küche reicht aus, um sich selbst zu versorgen, alle wichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind allerdings ein Sammelsurium verschiedenster Herkunft, ebenso wie die restliche Einrichtung. Das Bad, wie alles andere auch, sehr sauber. Unser Bett war bequem, verfügte jedoch nur über ein gemeinsam zu nutzendes, breites Kopfkissen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist unschlagbar und die Lage inmitten der Natur ist traumhaft.

Die Einrichtung ist, ebenso wie das Haus, alt. Während das Gebäude dadurch seinen Charme hat, war die Einrichtung, die zusammengewürfelt wirkte, eher nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagefläche. Im Schrank des Schlafzimmers war soviel "Zeug" deponiert, dass kaum Platz für die eigenen Sachen mehr vorhanden war. Es fehlte im Haus der Wohlfühlfaktor.

Ein wunderschöner Garten und ein gemütliches Haus. Unsere beiden Hunde konnten frei laufen, da alles sicher eingezäunt ist.

The pool is crystal clear, and the electric gate gives complete peace of mind. Die Lage und die Größe des Hauses. Alles war trotz alt anmutender Einrichtung sehr sauber. Es duftet alles nach Holz!

Wir haben in der Küche keine großen Teller vorfinden können, und das Kochbesteck war teilweise kaputt. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
