Sky Cottage in Golant village near Fowey

We adored Sky Cottage. It has been modernised with all the touches that make the cottage was so comfortable and well equipped but without losing its charm. The exposed beams in the bedroom and the wooden flooring helped to keep the history of this little cottage alive. We had great weather and so were able to use the lovely garden with its table and chairs. Unexpected was the fab selection of goodies left for our arrival. Yummy croissants (with instructions on how to bake them), shortbread biscuits and juices. The village was lovely and the locals were so friendly. We had a couple of meals in the Fisherman's Arms which were great and the staff were so welcoming. Thank you Cris and Paul for such a great short break away. We'll be back!

Independent cottage is a stunningly beautiful village. The cottage was extremely welcoming, like a second home. Little extras provided by the hosts that made you think "How sweet"
