~*30min to Downtown*~ THE COSMOPOLITAN

We liked the roominess of the apartment, the amenities and the overall feel of it there. We felt very comfortable, and safe. It was excellent value for the price.

It was a fair distance away from the downtown core, and as we didn't have a vehicle it took awhile to get there. But, the transit system was wonderful and straight forward so it was easy enough to get to and from the areas of interest downtown.

Beautiful space, easy access, quiet and comfortable. Great kitchen!

1.pls attend to mould and a/c vents need cleaning 2. We heard from management - to reprimand us to move our vehicle but the street was full and we had requested inside parking- sent 2 sms but even now no reply. Then the second time we saw staff was for the money for the parking. No checking if we were ok or just meet us. Pls explain clearly where parking is, we had 22 hrs of flights, terrible traffic in a new city with a rented car. Now parking reprimands. 3. Pls send me a clear breakdown of large deduction from my credit card after we left- I know you stated $100 for cleaning - what were all the other deductions? 4. Your home is comfortable but an honest opinion is that you need to update very soon. Regards

Lovely, spacious and quirky home. Beds were super comfy, shower had good water pressure and there was shampoo & conditioner & shower gel available for use. Really good hairdryer on site too, so no need to bring your own! The home is located further out of the city than we realised, in a quiet residential area. however, it is close to a couple of different train stations with the commuter train going direct into central Boston from Fairmount. Had all of the amenities that you'd expect in a self catering home, kitchen was well equipped and there was the added bonus of board games and entertainment. the welcome pack has lots of useful information about the area, and this home is definitely suitable for couples, friends or families with young kids. Communication from hosts was great, with clear instructions for checking in and out.

In case of lots of luggage, be aware that to access the apartment, there is maybe 6-7 steps outside up to the front door that you'll need to carry stuff up. Not ideal for buggies, but not a deal breaker either.

Big space, a lot of area for family.

It’s ok to share a house with other family, but when we stayed on second day the dog was barking for few hours and it was quite loud. The pillows and bedding were not exactly comfortable. Also a lot of decorative items, had to move things around to feel more comfortable with our stuff.

Very beautiful and quiet area. The house had everything we want, was very clean and the host was very kind and helpful.
