해변에서 가깝고 올드타운도 걸어서 20분. 버스터미널도 걸어서 십분입니다. 에어컨도 방 2. 거실에 있어서 시원하게 지내다 왔어요 세면도구도 있고 수건도 넉넉히 있고. 세탁기사용도 가능합니다

Alles war perfekt! Gleich am Meer und in nicht einmal einer halben Stunde in der Altstadt. Einzig mit einem breiteren Auto ist die Parksituation vielleicht etwas schwieriger, die Einfahrt ist eng! Am besten vorab nachfragen 😇

House Suzi was very well equippped and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the small outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and the short path down to the seafront was a real bonus. There were several restaurants and bars overlooking the sea nearby and the locality was peaceful. It was just a 25 - 30 minute walk to the far end of Old Zadar so no need to hire a car.

The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The immediate area was not quite as private as expected but this did not really bother us

- Direct private 3 minute walking path to the beach. That's awesome! - Air conditioners in both bedrooms. It's a game changer for heat time! - Private parking. - Quiet location: no loud streets nearby. - Quick responses of owners if necessary: during our stay the malfunctioning boiler was replaced very fast. - By the way, it has a much bigger TV than on the photos (we didn't use it at all, but this could make the difference for someone). - Clean. - Good kitchen equipment.

Those weren't problems for us, just mentioning because it could be important for someone. - To access private parking the car should turn right from the street through a T-shaped way bounded with walls. Our 4.5 m length (and 1.8 m wide) car did it with a few motions, but for longer and wider cars it could be a problem. We choose the reverse way to enter the territory, having the forward way to leave. - The entire home is provided, the garden is behind the wall, but the way there is a part of the shared private zone which is used by the neighbors. They live close, they are friendly (our children even played with their turtles) and helpful (as I understood they clean up outside: empty the thrash bin, water plants etc), but it could be inconvenient for those who expect to stay alone.

We loved staying at House Suzi! It was super comfortable and well-equipped. The patio and outdoor grill were a huge bonus and we enjoyed spending the evening sitting outside. But the thing we loved the most was a “secret” path right next to the house which led right to the sea (just one minute walk). Hopefully we’ll come visit again.

Great house for a family with small children - Just 2 minute walk (with kids) from gorgeous beach, and private parking

Entrance to house is a bit narrow for a big car (but possible). Suzy did offer me a nearby spot instead.
