This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Irvine Contractor Accommodation in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Only the exact number of guests who have booked to stay at the property are permitted to be present at any time. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per booking. Children are welcome at the property. However, the property cannot provide travel cots or high chairs. Guests need to complete requirements to stay in this property: Government-issued photo ID for all guests over 16 years old, Vehicle Registration, and an agreement form which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
