Ashton House - Stylish 2 Bedroom House, Close to Luton Town Center & Airport

Very nice and cosy place

The only problem was the temperature of the house, it was very cold. Everything was very clean and comfy

Easy location , fully supplied with the essentials like tea coffee , WIFI access , toilet rolls , bin liners ect., all electrics are in good condition, The house very modern & cosy , like a home from home . I would return again.

I did feel a little pressure about keeping the place clean.

This was like a little home from home. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped for our stay. Louise was very prompt in all her replies to any questions we asked and very polite. I would highly recommend Ashton House as an ideal place to stay if travelling to Luton.

There is nothing negative to say about Ashton House.

Neat and tidy place, well lit and kept, messages put in place. felt comfy and everything was in place clean bedding, towels, welcoming ambiance, ironing board etc clean cutlery, plates, mugs etc

we could not find kitchen roll and toiletries wise there was no shampoos/toothpaste though we came fully prepared. rest clean towels were provided.

Smart , simple and clean

Parking is a problem considering that the available proposed free parking is almost full with cars that are idle

Fresh bedding, clean towels, garden was a bonus but the weather did not permit us to take advantage of it. The kitchen was well equipped and in good working order. Easy check in instruction. Property located in walking distance to the shopping centre, train and bus stations.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at Ashton House. While the pre arrival communication was good, we all felt the pictures advertising the flat were far from the truth and fall under false advertising. The property is in desperate need of redecoration. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom, paint coming off the walls and skirting boards, carpet ripped in some places. The stairs leading to the bedrooms were the biggest issue. They were not even pictured in the ad. In our opinion, they are a safety hazard ( very steep and the carpet makes them very slippery ) making the property not really suitable for families with small children. Our children fell several times straight after entering the property and subsequently, we asked them not to use upstairs at all during the day. While I have no doubt the property did look like presented in the pictures, that must have been a while ago and as such should be updated to give customers better understanding of the conditions they should be expecting.

The house is nice & comfy

The carpet at the stairs is a bit slippery. I fell from the top to down. Luckily it was not my parents.
