Great location, very comfortable and spacious. Lovely apartment in the heart of Cavtat, in close walking distance to shops, restaurants and swimming. We really enjoyed our time here

Very minimal kitchen supplies. Just salt, pepper, cooking oil. Bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning. The living space air conditioners did cool down the bedrooms somewhat.

Kort avstand til mange strender. Fint å ha en egen innelukket hage. Store soverom med gode senger. Vertskapet fulgte godt opp når vi hadde spørsmål.

Vi hadde ønsket et bedre bad i øverste etasje. Og gjerne en thermokanne til kaffe.

The garden was very nice .Beds were very comfortable. House had a lot of charm with good views of the sea. Central location.

The host never uttered one word of friendliness or welcome. We phoned her to say that we could find no basic necessities such as coffee filter papers salt, pepper or cooking oil in the kitchen. She said guests are normally expected to buy their own provisions. I replied that in my experience of rentals,where guests are staying a few days, these things are normally provided as a courtesy. She did rectify the situation but her initial attitude left a bad taste.

Car park too far away from the property. With all the luggage wasn't much fun going upstairs and later downstairs.

The Villa is perfectly positioned to holiday in Cavtat, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Villa Magnolia is well equipped for residents, washing machine and dishwasher available in the kitchen, beautiful views from several windows and comfortable leather suite in the living area with excellent air conditioning to welcome you on the hottest days.
