Baan Kratom Tong by the sea

We (4 pax) stayed 2 nights during weekdays. Location is good , nice view with private beach. The room we stayed was good and quite clean. The best one is "quiet" and it is a good place to stay away from urban.

Pillow is too soft, feel a bit of back pain

- Location: near the public beach where there are many food stalls and restaurants. - Staffs are friendly

Cleanliness should be better - shower curtain is moldy

Most beautiful location with a green, well-kept garden. Quietly placed with private beach area. Spotless cleaning from the most kind staff who will go out of their way to help you with anything.

If you don't have a car, motorbike or bike, you will find yourself a bit isolated from the main street and Cha-Am beach strip.

Beautiful view, and it is secluded.

Despite the hotel rules about no loud noise, there were guests with big boom box speakers having a party until 3 AM, just some meters from our rooms. Unfortunately, I only received a response from the owner about the complaint the next day around noon.

Good location, easy to access, private beach.

The place is very clean and comfy, feeling more like staying at relatives' home. Although the resort is located in a small and dark alley, the whole place is lit up all night. Private beach can be accessed within one minute walk. The staffs keep garden and parking space tidy and clean. Overall, very happy place to stay, will come back again for sure!

Bathroom floor is slippery, will be worriesome when staying with eldery.

Very peaceful location and right on the beach. Plenty of greenery around as well. Friendly staff and close to Cha am and shops and restaurants. Chalets were okay reasonable size and everything worked. The optional breakfast was good we had American breakfast but Thai food was also available if selected in advance.

The chalets could do with a bit of TLC , the beds were a bit hard but acceptable. The main problem was that the resorts beach had been washed away in a storm during the rainy season. Which spoilt the main reason for selecting the resort. To get the best out of the location you would need your own transport.
