Easy Nerja Beach House

I don't normally write reviews but this time I feel the need too

The house was damp and a musty and a sewage smell . The staircase is very unsafe and another staircase is open to falling from because of a complety open side in to the kitchen area. I had privately messaged the owner to see if a TV was in the house as we new the weather was bad for the week .She replied as said of course there was in the kitchen area even though it was not mentioned in the facilities on the booking site.we arrived at 1 am and left at 11 am next morning to find somewhere suitable to stay.I informed the owner by text a requested a refund to which the response was the house in nerja smell like that in the winter weather and the house does not have a TV . I have since seen a number of reviews saying the same except it's summer time so it seems the house is like this all year round .I will upload video and pictures to show what I am saying is correct.I was informed that there will be no refund . I have been holidaying in nerja 22 years and this is the first time I have too give my opinion on a rental and the first time I moved too another apartment I will be posting on all sites that this house is on to show people it is not safe

Maravillosa estancia en Nerja, el departamento esta muy bien ubicado, detras de la iglesia y a la vez silencioso, y es muy comodo. La anfitriona nos respondio nuestras dudas en poco tiempo y estuvo siempre atenta. La vista y ambiente en la terraza es maravilloso. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario (excepto un horno). Muchas gracias!!

Un escalon de la escalera entre el segundo y tercer piso estaba malo, lo que hubiese sido peligroso de no ser que estuvimos esquivandolo constantemente. Para alguien mayor o con problemas de movilidad, es un tema importante a considerar. El drenaje de las duchas no funcionaba muy bien, pero no fue un gran problema tampoco.

Die Dachterasse, die Lage, notwendige Erstausstattung war super ( Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Kaffeekapseln) … nützt aber nichts wenn man auf dem Weg zur Küche durch Holztreppe fällt und somit auch nicht weiter zur Dachterrasse kommt. Mehrere Stufen waren morsch…

Eine Holztreppe ist durchgebrochen- als diese persönlich beim Vermieter kaputt gemeldet wurde konnte keine Alternative angeboten werden. Später wurden 3 Optionen per WhatsApp angeboten( die 3. war, die volle Rückerstattung). Daraufhin haben wir uns für diese entschieden und Glück gehabt woanders etwas zu finden ( es war Neujahr und wir sind 3 Personen) Doch dann wurde die 3. Option einfach gelöscht. Warum? Später erneut persönlich hat man dann nur noch 50 % Erstattung angeboten. Bis heute haben wir kein Geld zurückbekommen- booking hat sich mit 15 %-Gutschein entschuldigt… das war ein teurer Urlaub für uns.. wir zahlten zwei Unterkünfte. Es bestand Lebensgefahr, denn wäre einer von uns durch die Treppe gerutscht und hätte sich die Beine aufgerissen, womöglich einige Meter in die Tiefe gestürzt- … wir hatten alle drei Glück….

Lovely old stone building. Three floors and two bathrooms, fantastic roof terrasse. Kitchen with all equipment you need. I really enjoyed the charm and quirkiness of this accomodation. It is not for everybody though. the stairs between the different floors are narrow and steep and if you are old, disabled or if you got children it might be better to choose something else. For those who like old spanish charm and want to be in the absolute center of Nerja, this is it!

Bien placé très proche de la plage, parfait pour faire un saut dans l’eau, on peut même revenir revenir en maillot de bain ou à poil selon les goûts

Les Anglais et autres touristes d’Europe du Nord à face rougeaudes ne sont pas particulièrement agréable à voir

Altstadthaus in fantastischer Lage in der trubeligen Altstadt von Nerja direkt am Balcon de Europa, Strand fußläufig. Wohnen über 4 Etagen mit ausreichendem Platz für 3 Personen. Die Dachterrasse ist das Sahnehäubchen! Tolle Tips der Gastgeber für Bars und Restaurants und unglaublich netter Support bei allen Fragen. Netter Willkommensgruß: große Flasche Wasser und Chips 😊. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Hier gibt es nichts zu sagen.

Posizione, struttura, spazi della struttura , pulizia, terrazzo vista mare la cosa migliore.

Unica critica costruttiva è di riguardare le docce. Cè il rischio che ti cada il doccino in testa. Servirebbe qualcosa più stabile. Per il resto è perfetto
