"Great, friendly people"

We had the opportunity on meeting the owners. They were so great, friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags for couple of hours after check out.

Exactly according the pictures, fantastic location, and really an experience to stay in this traditional italian house from Assis. Puckie was easy and fast to support us. I really recommend this place.

"Great host, so-so accommodations for older guests."

Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Host was very accessible to answer any and all questions.

I didn’t realize the house was on three floors. Fine for others, but not for my 70-year-old knees. Very little room to relax - one tiny very uncomfortable couch.

Location was excellent, apartment was simple and delightful - living in a Mediaeval village was an experience not to be missed!

Narrow staircase might be difficult for some - okay for us though.

The location, ambience, atmosphere was perfect and so beautiful. The host Puckie was extremely friendly and gave us all instructions about the place well in advance and is the perfect host. Location was perfect and walkable to all attractions. Thanks for the biscuits and teas Puckie.
