The location is spot on close to everything. The owner is super helpful and kind. She provided to inform us about car parks, restaurants, and anything we needed. We will go back to this place for sure.

Dispite ond the edge of city very nice and beatufull location near roman amfiteater.

Puckie was a superb host. Although the house is equipped with a box for the key to get in, Puckie was still there when we arrived and gave us the key personally. She answered our every question promptly and took the extra time to check on bus and train schedules for us, etc. A great host. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with everything you would need or could imagine. Very nice! The bedrooms were airy with sufficient space and adequate closet storage. Quiet and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well organized with information and explanations of the area available. Right near the city wall, far away from the bustle and noise in the center, very quiet, very easy to reach by bus from train station. 5 min from bus stop to house. Easy walk to center of the town and important sites. Several quite good restaurants very nearby.

The house is three floors with stairs. It would not be appropriate for folks with mobility difficulties. Only one shower, which was not a problem for us (5 adults) but it might be depending on the group.

quiet and a easy walk to most landmarks in Assisi

We left early so only coffee required for breakfast and location was fantastic along with the views.

Nothing to add here apart from I wish we could have stayed longer.
