Very well organized, with all what you need at hand - especially the coffee machine ;)

All was well, nothing to complain about.

Instructions for entry were clear and host was available for questions and suggestions. House is on a quiet street in the center of town. Clean and welcoming.

Nbw prepared for narrow interior stairway. The house is 3 stories, with bedrooms on upper floors.

Parking not super close

The sofa/couch is dated and needs to be replaced. The neighbors on one side were very loud, felt unsafe.

Very clean and new. The host offered us clear instructions about parking beforehand, which was easy and close, and some recommendations for breakfast. The keys were easy to find and the check-in was super quick.

I liked everything.

The location of the house and the amount of sleeping space is really great. Perfect for two couples or a small family. Although there are four bedrooms, I wouldn't put more than 4 people in the house due to the small size of the living room and lack of relaxing space. If I owned this home, I would consider turning the master on the third floor into a seating room with a TV or a recreation room, because it's really big enough for this and there isn't a bathroom on the third floor, which is inconvenient for the two bedrooms up there.

Parking is always an issue in Aveiro, but the public lot is about two blocks away from this Casa, which is not a big deal. The communication with the owner wasn't great. I had to reach out once we arrived to ask how to get in, thankfully he responded in about 5 minutes!
