Cool View Baguio City

Angelo is friendly and nice. He is very helpful. The view is indeed “cool”.

1. Water heater in the master’s bedroom was not working. 2. The sink in the common bathroom was leaking, not safe as we have 3 senior citizens. (Risk of fall due to the wet floor.) 3. Booked 3 rooms but when we arrived only 2 rooms were ready. 4. The location of the house is very far and hard to find and the way going to the city proper was too much traffic. 5. There was no toilet seat in the master’s bedroom. 6. The house was very dusty specially the toilets and bathroom. 7. Cabinets were locked and there was no place to put our clothes. 8. The dogs were very noisy so as the rooster. You would hear everything even the fart of ur neighbor as it feels like the walls are paper thin. 9. The road going to the house was very hilly. Feels like u are in a roller coaster ride. 10. Tissue holders in the toilets were broken and cob webs are everywhere, though it was halloween again.

Location is great. Its quiet and have a great view of the northeast side of Baguio

Showers are leaking. Heater in the master's bedroom needs replacement

Sharon and Rene were very accommodating.and responsive to our needs.

There was very slow to almost no wifi. Very low water pressure in the two 2nd floor toilets and baths. Water heater in the bigger bedroom private toilet & bath was not functioning. Many black ants, linta, and higad.

The host are very accomodating. The whole area is very nice but it was not an easy find location.

problem with water heater

It was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. It has a great view and it is very spacious ideal for big groups.

the hot water in the masters bedroom keeps on shutting down they tried to fix it but it still keeps on switching off. Needs to fix this 1 small issue. Otherwise our stay was awesome.

Everything!! The price is affordable, the location is overlooking and the room is spacious. Also, the caretaker and the owner is generous.
