Silver Coast - Casa da Ilha

Really beautiful place to stay at Ilha do Baleal. The house is cosy and small, but for a couple with two kids it was perfectly fine. The balcony has a lovely view of the surf spot, and it’s just a one-minute walk to put your feet on the sand. The house has air conditioning, which is really needed in winter. The host was very kind and professional. Overall, a great stay. Thanks!

We stayed at the end of December, during cold winter days, and there was some humidity. But is sourrounded for water, is an island!

Ιδανική τοποθεσία, ειδικα αν κάνεις σερφ. Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πλυντήριο ρούχων. Μεγάλο πλυντήριο πιάτων. Δύο μεγάλα aircondition και ένα αεροθερμο κρατούσαν ζεστό το σπίτι. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Μύριζε υγρασία, αλλά όπως και τα υπόλοιπα φαντάζομαι σπίτια στη γειτονιά τον Νοέμβρη καθώς περιβάλλεται από θάλασσα.

Incredible location, apartment immaculately clean and well-kept. Fully equipped kitchen, good quality bedding with all-white linen, and enough bath towels for all. Includes a washing machine, dishwasher etc, with a small balcony big enough for a couple chairs and the washing rack.

It’s bijou! Absolutely fine for our family of 4 who spent all day on the beach, but the steep set of stairs wouldn’t suit toddlers! Parking in the whole peninsular a bit of a hassle - anytime after midday to 7pm, it’s not worth trying to park on the peninsular, rather just park in the main lot and walk across the beach, then come back and move it closer to you, later in the evening

The location was exceptional. The balcony and canopy were great. I quite liked the man cave.

The Kitchen electrics made us nervous. The hob and extractor were tricky. The shower was small and damp, The turfed walls didn't really work. The floor had a hole in it. The downstairs showed signs of damp elsewhere. More hooks and clothing storage would be an improvement.

location is amazing in the Baleal island

Great place in the middle of small peninsula. Close to the beach (50m). Some restaurants near by. Calm, quiet place with indigenous atmosphere. There was a nice view on beach from the balcony.

smell of mold was strong and unpleasant and huidity on walls and floor was very apparent
