The house is in a good location about 10 minutes walk from downtown and is quite comfortable and well supplied. There is a pleasant garden at the rear but it is adjacent to a fairly busy street.

As soon as we entered the property we were aware of an unpleasant smell which only became worse as we closed the windows. The smell seemed to come from the kitchen area and was either damp/mold or else there was a large animal dead behind the wall/underneath the floorboards. The smell persisted during the entire length of our stay and seemed to intensify in the evening when the windows were closed and the heating was turned on. The downstairs living/dining room areas were almost unlivable due to the odor. This problem needs to be solved quickly as it may be a health issue.

Perfect location, close to the town centre. Was clean and comfortable with lovely gardens front and back.
