The caravan was beautiful clean and very homely beds was very comfortable couldn't fault anything the host Ross was amazing always on hand when needed nothing was a problem

There was nothing to dislike

Nice quiet location on park with views over fields to back. Caravan very comfortable and clean. Great communication from Ross the host. Good base for visiting nearby towns such as Rye and Hastings. Easy drive down to Dungeness. All in all a lovely few days away.

Coming home

Very well presented, very quiet, it had everything you needed , the views were stunning. Lovely part of the world . We went to a wedding in Rye this accommodation was so much cheaper than in Rye and so nice highly recommend 👌

Prime location just a couple of minutes from the entertainment complex and beautiful sandy beach ⛱️🐚🦀 Extremely comfortable beds, everything you would need to take the family away, DVD's , board games and Netflix. Every evening we looked forward to the sunset 🌇 on the balcony and the sheep 🐑 across the lake 🏞️ ... absolutely stunning. We were updated with all the information we needed for an easy check in so the perfect host 🌟
