Detached Town centre Villa in Cashel Sleeps 6 Private BBQ Area & Jacuzzi Bath

location was good. the overall layout was good. The place accommodated 6 people fairly well. The outdoor space looked nice, and we would have loved to have been out there if the chairs and couch cushions had been out.

Bottom floor smells like a smoker lived there - It was too much for our allergies. Furniture (couches) is worn and less comfortable. We didn't hear from the owner until we reached out 2 hours before our booking to ask for check in codes. We were not sent the check in codes until the actual time of check in, which was off putting. We had to ask for the address 2 hours before arrival to even know the exact location. Did not love that communication.

The location was great and walkable to many restaurants, cafés and places of interest. Plenty of room for a family of 5.

The house had some issues, unfortunately. I informed the host, so hopefully things will get fixed before hosting future guests. It was fine for one night, but probably not great for a longer stay.

House was in excellent location. Large kitchen dining area which was well equipped. Enclosed area outside suitable for children with swing etc. Owner answered questions straight away. Left an item of clothing behind owner very kindly sent it on and would not take payment.

Unfortunately we found the beds very uncomfortable. They are very low

The property is very spacious and ideally located with its own parking space. Owner was very responsive and agreed stay was not acceptable and all issues would be addressed, however no compensation for inconvenience offered.

The hot water tank is not big enough for the property. There were only 2 of us and it only allowed for one bath. The dishwasher was broken and judging by the state of it, it had been from previous guests and not checked before our stay. No tv channels Heating is limited as thermostat is in a Perspex box and behind lock and key Shower blows the fuse box if used whilst immersion heater is on. An instruction to say don’t shower with immersion heater on would have prevented us from being without a shower for 24 hours. No other way of getting hot water. The downstairs fire alarms were either removed or hanging off. Freezer needed defrosting badly. Not enough crockery for the 6 people for which the property advertises Entry system has camera system attached to it so comings and goings are noted.
