Cold, too much noise from the hot water & heating system …. Property behind it needs more insulation on adjoining walls

The location was perfect, just on the outskirts of Cashel.. The house had plenty of space, beds comfortable, cosy lounge and spacious kitchen too. Walkable to pubs, shops and lovely restaurants, people were really friendly. Justin and his partner were on hand when we had some issues.

Had some issues with the heating but they were sorted as soon as we mentioned there was a problem. Alarm went off in the night but again it was sorted quickly. Blinds in 2 bedrooms were broken and needed sorting and curtain track fell down but we sorted this out. Decking in garden broken and dangerous but this was being removed and replaced.

The location was perfect. The house was a lovely size and was very comfortable and warm. The house was well equipped with everything needed.

The water pressure was a bit low and with 5 people using showers and baths on the first evening, the water was only warm to cool.

We rented this villa for our parents, it was really charming, clean and cozy. The rock is close, as are shop, pharmacies and everything you might need. Kitchen was full of stuff and equipment. When we couldn't figure out the heating. The owner kindly agreed to come and help us.
