Cleanliness: The property was not clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. I suspect they didn't clean right before I go. Uncomfortable stay: The bed was uncomfortable and dusty, Air-cond & fans not funtioning well. we found LIZARD drop offs and other insects all over the bed.

Owner is friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of extra mattresses and enough pillows and blankets. The whole unit is fully air conditioned and although theyre old, they work just fine. There’s rice cooker, sink, bowls and plates to be used. There’s also washing machine but we didnt use. Bathroom is clean. Although cannot park right in front of the house and had to park at the side of somebody else’s house, the distance is not too far and manageable even for my mom who walks with a cane. Checking in and out is a breeze as the owner lives nearby and responsive on whatsapp.

Cleanliness and upkeeping needs to be improved tremendously. The fridge does not work and filthy. There’s also cobwebs on the way to the bathroom. The water heater can only be used when we switch on at the switchboard because it keeps getting overload. Cutlery is below par, there are too little of them and the forks are all bent. There’s no dishwashing soap and no showergel in the bathroom. No towels too so u better bring your own. TV has standard channels with no remote control and no wifi - changing channels had to be done at the box. The bed and the mattresses are old, can feel the springs inside. No working fan and one light is blown in the second room. My mom wont sleep in the second room because the mattress smells bad, so my husb and son had to sleep in the living room cuz my mom bunked in with me and my two daughters. Good thing there are enough extra mattresses around. The bathroom design is weird as the toilet is too close to the sink cabinet. It’s very uncomfortable to sit on - they shouldve gotten rid of the broken cabinet altogether. The swings outside are in a very bad condition and just waiting to break completely. The location is also not convenient as there are no shops around in walking distance. Driving in and out the area is a hassle due to contruction work at the main road. The house is in the middle of a village so the road is very narrow that fits only one vehicle.

A comfortable, quiet homestay in a quiet area with a view of the coolness of nature. The owner of the place is also very kind and friendly. Very heavy lifting.

there is 3 conditioned place at hall and 2 bedrooms the most cold one at bedroom near at kitchen which is good have tv,yt refrigerator , kettle, hair drayer, rice cooker, washing machine have shower, microwave the host friendly, respond to our help. the fees quite high the place located at view of village. do not expect proper and high quality of facilities.
