The basement living room stank of mould and dog piss, horrendous.

Bathroom sink water runs away so slowly

Great location. Lovely cottage had everything we needed , clean and comfortable. On three floors so there are quite a few stairs but added to its charm.

Central & close to everything. Lovely, quirky furnished & pet friendly. Helpful host & good value for money.

It’s great that it’s central however, it was noisy at night being close to 2 of the locals. Also, more of a warning than a dislike but there are tight, steep stairs over 4 floors. It wasn’t great for my mother who has a bad back but we made it work.

Beautiful property in an ideal location...couldn't fault it...love to come back

There was nothing to dislike

Great location, so close to everything in Cromer. The accommodation and facilities were fantastic and the refurb is tasteful and done to a high standard. Really nice to have decent appliances and pans!!

Slight fusty smell from the cellar (can’t really be helped can it- cellars smell fusty!). Although there is a sofa bed down there, I wouldn’t advise sleeping in there as it’s quite cold and the smell would probably be disruptive to a good nights sleep.
