We loved everything about the property, couldn’t fault anything. It was clean and spacious, beds extremely comfy, lovely touches with milk, tea coffee and biscuits there on arrival, will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Firstly I'm sorry this review is so long but Pebble Cottage deserves nothing to be left out. Right from booking communication with Sophie & Will was great & that continued on the day with both an email & text to confirm details. There was room for two cars with some careful parking which Sophie advised on. The cottage itself I can't speak highly enough about. Firstly, & most importantly, the whole place was spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with the usual cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, saucepans etc. On top of that was tea-towels, washing up bits, including dish washer tablets, condiments, tea-bags, coffee, sugar, packet of biscuits, & even a pink of milk for a much needed cuppa on arrival. Open plan dining room (table with benches). Lounge area with sofa was very comfortable with smart TV with access to the usual basic channels. DVD player with quite a large selection of DVD's to choose from, a few books & a jigsaw. Free WiFi that was very good. Small seating area outside in the communal garden area with table & chairs. Both double rooms were spacious with good storage - I discovered on the last morning both also had emergency torches in the bedside cupboards. One even had a motion sensitive night light & hairdryer. All bedding supplied along with towels. The bathroom was lovely with deep clawfoot bath with shower, hand towel, soap, shampoo & shower gel. Maps/leaflets on attractions & details on recommendations in the area in a folder. I think you can tell by this review that my Dad & I really enjoyed staying here. I would love to go back. I should also say the local area was lovely too - 20 minutes walk to town centre which has usual shops & cafes along with a big number of giftshops. Pier was lovely with lifeboat station you can go in & watching the crabbing boats come hurtling back to shore was a great bonus.

We loved our stay in this little cottage. It was a short walk (20 minutes) into the centre of Cromer. There was a park just 5 minutes away where my daughter could play. The house is very cosy and had everything we needed. The hosts provided schampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as coffee, tea and we even had a packet of biscuits waiting for us. We also needed ice packs to transport some medicine and they arranged for that to be delivered on our day of departure. I would love to come back to this house and this beautiful area and I really recommend Pebble cottage.

I can´t think of anything that I did not like. Maybe the road was a bit noisy for someone who is sensitive to sound at night. But I solved that with some earplugs!

Our 6 year old loved the double bed to himself. Place had a homely feeling. It was very clean.
