Beach house

There were plenty of rooms, we had couples and singles so we all had our own room. I have 2 children so we had the room with 2 doubles and we all slept great. I found by bed really comfy, it seemed to be firm, my sons was softer. Other rooms had different beds so if your picky (were not) then find the right mattress for you. The house was super close to the beach, we walked out once we arrived and in the night. We drove to formby beach which was lovely then came back and played hide and seek, tig, among us and then sat around the big table playing cards and other games thay were provided while my children watched a film. The kitchen was great for cooking a full English and there were plenty of cups and plates. We forgot some bits but the shop was a quick drive. The house had extra blankets and lots of towels provided. Having 2 bathrooms was great for us all to be able to get up and showered. The perk for my children was certainly a bath! Check in and out was easy and we fit 3 cars on rhe drive. One was a van and if you can block people in you could fit more on plus there's space at the front if required

I know 1 person sleeps in pitch black and the room didn't have curtain so they struggled but this isn't the hosts fault as they usually bring an eye mask.

A couple of the beds weren’t great.

Comms from owner was great. They got back to me.very quickly. The house was huge and very capable of taking our large family group. We particularly liked the large dining area which meant we could enjoy breakfast together.

House was a little shabby in places, a bit of damp here and there and the blinds weren't great at keeping light out in the mornings.

Lots of bedrooms and beds, all freshly made up. Could link to TV and play Spotify playlists while playing games in the big sitting room

The kitchen cleanliness wasn’t acceptable. Fridge, freezer, oven and cups and cupboards all had crumbs, stains and in the case of the oven tray, congealed fat.

House very big and spacious, lots of room for all of us and was also very clean with comfy beds

this property was perfect for a large group, everything we need from a venue. close to the beach and local shops.

only downside was that there was only 2 bathrooms in the property, for a large number of people.

A huge property great for our large group, really close to the beach and not too far from the train station into the city (10-15min walk). Didn't cook but well equipped for cups and mugs etc.

A couple of little issues like bedroom doors having to be propped shut, and showers not draining properly. Nothing that impacted our stay but just minor things that need addressing, house is generally just a little tired in that way.
