The property was very spacious

It was very dirty and not in the location as marked on the booking.com map. I strongly suspect the beds had not been changed as they did not smell fresh, had dirt stains and dark hairs ( we are blond). The kitchen was dirty. All the bathrooms were dirty. The light switches were dirty. There was a drain cover missing in one bathroom. There was no hand soap for hand washing. The cushions on the beds and sofas were stained and dirty. The door handle to the master bedroom was broken. The light switch cover to the downstairs bathroom was missing. The tables and bedroom side tables were dirty. There were no cutlery knives. There were dirty kitchen utensils. The kitchen drawers were dirty. The advert said that all toiletries were provided. We were provided with multiple bottles of shampoo but no body wash, no conditioner and most importantly no hand soap. I contacted the owner/manager to complain and the bedding was changed. There was no time available to clean.

the location is nice, its a very convenient spot. the rooms are big and spacious.

the air-cond was not cold in the living room and the master bedroom. the entire house was filthy. there were pee stains in the toilet when we got there. the sofa in the living room was stained (not sure what the substance was). all beds in the house were full of hairs when we got there, it was everywhere. the dining table was not clean. the water heater in the master bedroom was broken. when we contacted the agent they told me they would send it to the owners and ask them about it, there was no reply afterwards.

Dirty, and some of the items were not maintained well. some powerpoint were spoiled. aircon was not working. The floors were very dusty. The bedsheets are not the ones u see on the pictures. Stained towels and smelled musty. floor mats also smelled musty.

It’s a semi detached. Basic. Aircon not cold in the living room. Sink was broken.

Perhaps have a locksmith check the locks as it was a little tricky

very dusty, me and my mommy caught flu, full struggle with nonstop sneezing!! toilet pipe hose leaked.. and water clogged, even the downstair toilet not oku accessible??
