The place was clean & nice.

Location abit ulu.. check in not so smooth as received too many files sended to me even not related to my booking unit.

Modern and clean

Level 1 shared bathroom clogged and the cups are too tinny

Spacious & clean.

The grass was not cut. There are centipete in the toilet of the ground floor. The toilet rack on the 2nd floor (master bedroom) of the toilet came off. Facilities is nearby but you need to have a vehicle in order to travel there. Nightime is very dark with no streets light. So if you need to grab some food, better do it before you head to the homestay. The Bbq place is not convenient as long grass at the yard. May centipete, dangerous for small children to play there too.

Very clear instructions on how to get the key to gain access into the place, and it was easy to reach out to the host for any enquires. The property was clean and relatively new

It was slightly strange not having mugs available. There is a bit of pooling in one of the bathrooms.
