"Great cottage"

This was our second visit. Absolutely love it. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Broughty Ferry is lovely and has plenty restaurants,bars and coffee shops.

Location very good. Close to station, bus stop, beach and shops. Quite very clean. Had everything you needed.

Could do with a full length mirror on bedroom and bedroom lampshades too low.

"Really enjoyable and would go again. Very clean and with all mod cons....."

Double bed was a bit lumpy and not very comfortable. Could do with more comfortable seating as only one 2 seater sofa ...otherwise it was just dining chairs to relax on....
