Na het boeken krijg je een whatsapp met £100 borg betalen of anders krijg je geen toegang. Na wat praten trokken ze dit in. Ik was iets te vroeg met inchecken en dat werd gezien op de camera’s en ik werd gelijk gebeld. Ik voelde me bekeken.

Lack of ability to contact the landlord and anyone for that matter. The slow replies on WhatsApp and the fact I have not received my £100 deposit back, of which I was not aware of having to pay till after I already booked with you. They are not replying to my messages now

you have to give them your bank account information. They said "no refund" if you didn't comply.

I liked the layout n history of the house

location was great and beds were comfortable

when i booked the room it stated in the description that it was a holiday home of 187 squared feet with its own toilet and bathroom and kitchen with all the facilities, for this we also had to pay a £100 deposit. I did not mind doing this as i usually do it with holiday lets or apartments. after driving nearly 550 mile to get to the place when we arrived we was told not to walk around the house as other guests were also staying and we had to share a communal toilet and bathroom and kitchen utilities. I spoke to the owner through whats app as this is how we received all the information to get into the property and questioned that we had booked a holiday home with private facilities and showed her a picture of the confirmation, the owner said that from her end we had booked a twin room with shared bathroom facilities and if i wasnt happy she could cancel our stay. If i had cancelled i would not have recieved my deposit straight away or full refund which meant ij would have been out of pocket £186 and would have had to find another place after 5pm that night. Lets just say i was not very happy. The adjoining set of flats were extremely loud as they were celebrating someones birthday and as the wether was in its late 20s we had to keep the windows open as it was to hot in the room. I tolerated the noise until 12 oclock and decided to drive 550 mile back home to south Wales instead.
