"Bad service"

Nothing just that we had a shelter to stay in

Linen was dirty and I reported but was never attended to, blankets were not enough for 8 people, TV wasn't working it seems they didn't pay the dstv, the were no glasses to drink with, mirrors are broken. Even when we arrived we were not welcomed well because we came late but we notified them a day before that we will arrive late. So all was bad
