No air-conditioning yet it was extremely hot.

The Venue is in a quiet place very clean. It was a home away from home. The owner and the caretaker, very helpful and professional. Thanks Brilliant (caretaker) for taking good care of us and ensuring that we have everything we needed.

Owner was called with alot of issues we had but was not accommodating.Water was leaking from one room, with spider webs and spiders, cockroaches that we were been killed and your caretaker also assisting on the property. There was a rat running around when the door was opened in the lounge which we had to close. Some family members went to the pool to relax but there was an infestation of cockroaches breeding, they had to come back up and couldn't use your facilities .Cockroaches were swimming in the pool. Disappointing! The kitchen cupboard had full of insects and bugs which was reported to your caretaker and then cleaned up. He gave us 2 cans of doom and a can of dyroach to kill all of the cockroaches on your property and the fridge had a rotten smell it, it definitely was not cleaned before we arrived there since I found a dead fly in the fridge also. I have stayed at many places but this was really not up to standard and when we got there it started getting worse that's why we had to evacuate your property . The kids didn't even want to be there anymore and neither did we. We spent alot of money to come there since we traveled from far and still had to leave the same day. What a waste of money and time, unfortunately we could not stay a night there. Owner needs to take responsibility and get pest control and clean the place up even do maintenance since there was a leak in one room so if we stayed we would have been one room short. It was a real inconvenience that we had to drive back at 12:30am since we were jammed by another guy that stayed on your other property. If we had an emergency we could not leave the premises because this matter. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Really disappointed we couldn't have a holiday because of this. Pictures are very deceiving about this place. Definitely a lesson learnt! We paid R8793.67 and only receiving R4700. Alot of money was lost since we had to also travel back home the same day.
