"Lovely well equipped property and a good location."

The heating could have been put on before our arrival as it was the coldest night of the year! Temperature in the house was 11 degrees!!! Took a while to heat up.

"Lovely house despite broken toilet seat and kettle that no one e turned up to sort out."

The property was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was close to the city centre and despite the nerve racking start,we had a lovely holiday.

There were no keys when we arrived at the property. It was after 6 and the offices were closed. We had no emergency contact number. We were about to spend another £240 on a b&b.when someone happened to see my email describing our situation. I then had an email back,slightly admonishing me for not finding the keys,or using the emergency contact tactics number,neither of which I had.

"Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous"

Absolutely gorgeous! Fabulously furnished and decorated throughout and very luxurious. Having a bath and looking out the window at the cathedral was a highlight. Lovely pubs within seconds walk and beautiful cobbled streets. Communication with the managers was also fantastic. Can't wait to stay again.
