Warm welcome from the hosts, who continued to check on us every so often during the stay to see if we needed anything. The location made an excellent base to explore the island. The house was very clean and tidy, and it had all we needed.

Nothing I can think of. Worth noting that for anyone over 6 feet (like me), you'll have to duck under some doors. But it's an old cottage, that's to be expected.

Great stay we had. The cottage was well maintained and comfortable. Host - Dennis, Jane and Sian were all great. Sian helped us in our journey planning also. Oscar, their dog was also very friendly- my daughter loved playing with him. Location is very good, and very near to great attractions like Anglesey museum and the Newborough beach.

Everything was great, but if I have to suggest an improvement it would be the ants.. not because they are harmful, but definitely a nuisance. And not having them hovering around would be definitely much preferred.

"A superb weekend -movie perfect !"

This is the most idyllic getaway . The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming -great tips for a sunset beach trip and farm breakfast . They even went the extra mile to keep checking in and gave a gift for our birthday boy. This is a very special retreat . It’s immaculate with modern kitchens and manicured gardens , hot showers and all the extra special touches you didn’t know you needed (robe , milk, homemade bread and welsh cakes -yum). It has a fairytale feel and we absolutely loved every minute . Location is fantastic and plenty to see and do nearby. Cannot recommend enough . I don’t like to go back to a place yet this will now be a regular place for us . Fantastic !

Gorgeous, homely, beautiful surroundings, felt like I’d been there forever. All done to a high standard. Loved the family and their dog and so felt like our paths were meant to cross. I’ll be back! X
