החדר היה נקי ומזמין, נוח וחמים. המיטה בחדר השנה היתה נוחה מאוד, המתבגרת דיווחה שהמיטה הנפתחת היתה פחות נוחה.

בקתה מקסימה, יפה, נקייה, מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, מרווח, כולל מרפסת כייפית, נמצא בקיבוץ מקסים.

בנוסף לחדר שינה, היו שישנו בסלון והיה צריך לסדר את המצעים עצמאית (רק בסלון)
