Blumarine Dh

This place was amazing and the host was just as wonderful! The rooms, the view, everything exceeded my expectations. I would have gladly paid more money for this rental. If you want a great place to stay with a insane value, look no further. We visited London, Paris, Rome and this place on our trip. Blumarine Dh was hands down the best...not even close!

Only, only, only thing is more of a fyi. This place is located on the top of a fairly steep hill. Makes for interesting parking 😉

The villa was all that was advertised at the booking. Beautiful view of Gaeta and Formia shoreline. Villa had everything we needed for a great stay. Also loved the welcome box of goodies...was an appreciated surprise. Hot water was great. Villa close to train station so that helped leaving early for the train to Rome and returning in the evening. Angela was great answering questions on What's app. Sorry we bugged her to much. Directions provided was perfect for electricity and heat. We still had to figure out what switches turned on/off which lights. Reserved parking space was great.

The small roads were a challenge because I had a larger car. Took a little getting used to but by day 6 we were pretty experienced driving "Italian Style". My one daughter recommended oven mits for the kitchen. Probably an American thing.

It is a lot to say about that place, but I will just finish with saying it is absolutely awesome. Highly recommended!

Very spacious - excellent outdoor decks - great communication with owner.

This property was incredible! The view, the size of the rooms, the terrace, all of it! The welcome basket provided was also a very nice touch. We felt very welcomed and truly enjoyed our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer, especially once the sun came out and we were able to fully enjoy the terrace.

The only downside was the barking neighborhood dogs, but the property owners have no control over that. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The owner of the property was incredibly helpful with sending us information about local facilities and even helped us order pizza in for the last night of our stay. She also facilitated our booking of transport back to the airport at the end of our stay. A lovely welcome basket was left for us upon arrival and some bottled water was also in the fridge. We could not have wished for a warmer welcome and a more responsive host. We walked to the beach which took us 15 mins - it is downhill to get there but quite a climb to get back up to the house but in our opinion well worth it for the view you get from the house.
