The 2 bedroom apartment had ensuites for each room and a separate toilet downstairs which was very convenient. The staff were prompt in managing my requests when the hot water wasn’t working

The floor heating was a little too warm

Beautiful accommodation within walking distance to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Modern clean atmosphere with comfortable beds. The location was walkable to great restaurants.

There was no coffee maker, basic seasonings for food prep.

After one week traveling: skiing and staying in hotels, it was good to stay in an apartment with complete kitchen utensils/equipment, washing machine, it made us feeling living at home. It also has a warm living room for gathering after cooking and dimner,

The home is modern, well furnished, and conveniently located near the JR station and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return if we visit Furano again.

Since we arrived on a warm July morning, a few bottles of cold water in the fridge would have been a thoughtful touch and made checking in more refreshing. One issue we encountered was that the air conditioner kept resetting every few hours, which made it difficult to stay comfortable in the summer heat.

Really enjoyed the space and amenities of the location, after a day on the slopes it was refreshing to come back to our own space. good amenities and relatively new by all accounts

Some cooking & kitchen equipment was very basic (we cook) and the location is far from the slopes (but closer to restaurants). overall I'd recommend
