The beauty of the place and the stunning gardens. Location was also great. It was easy to get in with self-access. Studio was well stocked, towels, dishwasher, etc.

Main room can't really be heated well after 6 pm but that's true of anything with high ceilings anywhere, so I knew to bring warm indoor clothing. Bedroom heated very well, so no problem there.

This beautiful quant (almost Swiss chalet like) home was perfect! Our stay couldn't have been any better. Our host and his staff were incredibly friendly and responsive! The town of Furnas is stunning! The people, the walkability and activities were spot on! We're already planning our next return. Loved It!!!

This property was simply outstanding, it had everything we needed inside and was large and spacious. The location is perfect for the village and you are a short stroll from everything you need. It also has a wonderful private park that has a stream and gorgeous trees.

Great location, parking space, apartment is spacious and clean. Has air conditioning /heating facilities in every room. Nice botanical garden with a private entrance from the apartment.

There were many ants in the kitchen, you could not leave any food on the table. Bathroom facilities were not comfortable (tap in the sink was very short, barely usable; hard to adjust temperature in the shower - either too hot or too cold).

Excellent accommodations, it had everything we needed and is right in town so it’s easy to walk to all the main tourist stuff, groceries and restaurants. The garden area was stunning.

I wish the garden area had some seating to sit and relax in.

Spacious, clean, well presented and containing everything you could need for a stay of an length - pots, plates, towels, toiletries, wifi, etc. Lovely welcome basket waiting for us on arrival. Incredible quiet location with access to the stunning garden and a walk to all of the highlights of Furnas (Terra Nostre, Furnas Lake, Dona Beija thermal pools, Caldeiras, Reserva Florestal de Recrio do Viveiro). Our great host provided a phone number for a reliable, friendly, well priced taxi service who provided us with transport to further afield attractions (Povacao, Vila Franco do Campo, Ponta Delgada) so if you're considering this be sure to ask for his recommendation! An absolute hidden gem that we felt very lucky to have enjoyed.
