Very well located, spacious and clean. The owner was excellent at communicating and giving local recommendations and information.

The area was a little noisy as there were often buses or coaches parked directly outside in the day and some noisy driving at night, however this did not go on too late. Parking was also very much pot luck due to there being no regulation or control of the parking area, which can be used by anyone. The house while beautiful maybe needs a little bit of renovation but nothing that took away from the enjoyment of staying there.

Spacious house, great for our family of 4. Wonderful place to explore Furnas, many things we were able to do on foot. Davide was a great host, responded promptly to any questions and gave us great tips!

Wow! This property had everything we could have hoped for! The location was perfect for exploring town by foot and parking was plentiful for the times we decided to venture out by car. The entire property is incredibly well maintained and clean. Laundry was a huge plus!

The neighborhood cats were a bit “lively” at times, but nothing can be done about that. Definitely not a major problem and added to the charm of our stay.

The house is big, welcoming, super clean and well located. Our host, Davide, very friendly and responsive. The fact that we had a breakfast waiting for us was really thoughtful.

The humidity in some areas of the house (see watery wall under the windows in the kitchen) generating some smells

Central location; accessible parking at no extra cost; clean; comfortable beds.

AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and was only advised a few days prior. Luckily it wasn’t too hot to make it unbearable.
