- check-in was seamless with access code given for estate entry and lockbox for house key given by the agents - very clean and well furnished with good quality bedding, crockery and cutlery (although we had to supply our own top sheet, even though we requested one at time of booking) - very comfortable large main bed (although a tight squeeze for the bedroom size) - lots of coat hangers as we needed to hang up clothing for a week - nice shower with great water pressure

- house design was a bit strange. Main access to outside patio was via main bedroom (or long way around via dining room sliding doors). Not conducive for entertaining - house is very compact. It would be quite a tight fit if there were 4 adults - no DSTV to watch golf (could not link to Netflix as it required an access code / password, but not important to us, so we did not bother the agents for one) - steep driveway, thus we parked on grass on street - no view of golf course. We thought it quite expensive compared to other houses on the estate (after discussion with fellow golfers)

only 5 coat hangers for the two bed room. shower was blocked. outside light did not work properly

A small but complete and comfortable house with everything ! Very quiet ! Very very helpful owners almost on standby just 5 minutes away. Top golf clubhouse 3 minutes away. shopping nearby + very secure !
